How To Prevent Pimples and Acne

Here are certain tips in order to prevent you from getting any pimple, or prevent future pimple breakout. As everybody says, prevention is WAAAAAAY better than cure.

Certain precautions need to become part of your life, before myths become a reality! The involved precautions are:

1. Eat lots of fruits and veggies.

2. Exercise regularly.

3. Dab the face dry carefully.

4. Use a sun-blocker by wearing a hat.

5. Avoid tight clothes, especially during summer. They are known to cause body pimples by trapping sweat.

6. Use make up that do not clog pores.

7. Thoroughly understand the nature and practical use of the soaps, lotions, gels, creams that you are using. Don’t get carried away by high flown adverts. Models get well-paid for their job, but let it be not at your cost.

8. Try to cure your acne condition naturally. Think well, what works for you and what does not.

The facial topography of each person is different, so of the skin. Give it the right regimen so that it can live a ’smooth life’ w/o bothering you. Never hesitate to see your dermatologist, if you have the slightest worry about your skin.

You will see that some of the precautions above are mentioned in my previous posts about pimple myths. Some of these preventive measures are not really scientifically based to prevent acne, but hey... it leads to healthy skin, on a logical point it MAY prevent pimples and acne. No harm in trying.

NOTE: This post is not intended to get rid of your pimples, it is meant to prevent pimples.
